Little did Michael know that a simple visit to The Source Ministries would not only be a valuable lifeline for his family, but also a spark for tremendous change in his life.
Michael and his wife, Adrian, first visited Treasure Coast Food Bank agency partner, The Source Ministries, to pick up food for their family. With the ongoing high cost of living, Michael’s family couldn’t be more grateful for the healthy food they receive.
The Source, serves as a food pantry with a restaurant-style menu while also providing community members the opportunity to pursue a culinary career.
Now, Michael is a culinary student at The Source, where he says he is grateful to pursue a new career and “another chance at life.”
“This is my safe place and I love it here,” Michael says.
