The Barista Training Program at Treasure Coast Food Bank is a comprehensive initiative designed to empower individuals with valuable skills for employment in the coffee service industry. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, participants learn the art of coffee making, including espresso preparation, milk frothing techniques, and beverage customization. Beyond technical proficiency, the program emphasizes customer service, hygiene standards, and workplace etiquette to ensure graduates are well-rounded and prepared for success in a professional setting.

With a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, this program aims to provide individuals with the tools they need to secure meaningful employment opportunities and enhance their economic stability.
