Kathleen Lundquist joins Treasure Coast Food Bank Board of Directors

 

FORT PIERCE, Fla. – April 16, 2025 — Treasure Coast Food Bank is proud to welcome Kathleen K. Lundquist, Ph.D., to the organization’s board of directors, effective March 26, 2025.

Lundquist is a nationally recognized organizational psychologist with experience as an expert witness in employment discrimination class-action lawsuits. Lundquist is the president and CEO of APTMetrics, which consults with Fortune 100 employees to improve fairness, validity and legal defensibility of HR processes before they are challenged.

“I have been incredibly impressed with the work of the food bank and its vision of addressing both food insecurity needs and providing support for job training and growth to build a sustainable future for those in need in our community,” Lundquist said. “I am eager to contribute my expertise in organizational psychology to further enhance these efforts and make a meaningful impact.”

A frequent speaker at the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology (SIOP), the American Bar Association, and the American Employment Law Council, Lundquist has testified before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and serves on the U.S. State Department’s Board of Examiners for the Foreign Service. A fellow of the American Psychological Association and SIOP, she has held leadership and research roles with several national institutions and was named Connecticut Woman Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Treasure Coast Food Bank President and CEO Judith Cruz expressed her enthusiasm about the appointment. “We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Lundquist to our board of directors,” Cruz said. “Her deep expertise in organizational strategy and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow our programs and strengthen our impact across the Treasure Coast.”
