The Summer Meals Program connects children and teens to free, nutritious meals at welcoming community locations across the Treasure Coast.

Each summer, Treasure Coast Food Bank provides free, nutritious meals to children and teens at trusted locations throughout the Treasure Coast. From parks to schools and community centers, these sites help ensure our youth stay nourished and energized while school is out. It’s a dependable resource families can count on—year after year—thanks to the strength of our local partnerships and the care of our community.

Free meals all summer long.

The Summer Meals Program provides free nutritious meals to children and teens 18 years old and younger throughout the summer months. Meals are available at community locations including schools, parks, churches, libraries, and community centers.

Site Types

  1. On-Site:

    Families can pick up a week’s worth of meals for children through a convenient drive-thru or walk-up distribution.
    Child Presence & Eligibility Requirements: Children must be present to receive meals. If a child is not present, parents or guardians must provide proof of eligibility for each child (e.g., birth certificate, school report card, or state-issued ID).

Operating days and times vary by site. Please check the site list for details.

No registration is required. Children can simply show up during meal times. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis.

For Grab-N-Go sites, children must be present to receive meals. If a child is not present, parents or guardians must provide proof of eligibility for each child (e.g., birth certificate, school report card, or state-issued ID).

Meal availability may vary by site depending on location and schedule.

Breakfast, lunch, and snack meals are offered through the program; however, sites may provide one or two of these meal types each day. Specific meals and serving times vary by location.

We strongly encourage families to review the site list to see which meals are available and when they are served at each site.

It depends on the type of meal site:

  1. On-Site Locations:
    Meals are served to be eaten at the site. Children must remain on-site to enjoy their meals, and meals cannot be taken offsite.
  2. Grab-N-Go Locations:
    Meals are packaged for offsite use. Families can pick up meals to take home through a drive-thru or walk-up distribution.
    Child Presence Requirement: Children must be present to receive meals. If a child is not present, a parent or guardian must provide proof of eligibility for each child (such as a birth certificate, school report card, or state-issued ID).
