Save the Chimp’s “Chimpathon” will be held Sunday, April 17, 2016.  The course for the 16K takes you through Save the Chimps – the world’s largest chimpanzee sanctuary, located right here in Ft. Pierce. This is a unique opportunity to visit Save the Chimps, which is not open to the public.  You can expect to see many of the chimpanzee residents, including Doc– this year’s mascot – as you run beside their island homes.
