Kameron is a mom to Sadie, 4, and Cash, 3. She enjoys spending time with her children and making sure they have healthy foods they enjoy, including fresh fruit, potatoes, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Kameron’s family has been adjusting to some changes. Her husband, who works as a truck driver, recently took a pay cut, and their rent increased. Cash has a heart condition, and Kameron works hard to care for her children and keep their family moving forward.
During this time of change, Kameron has found support at the Treasure Coast Food Bank Mobile Pantry at Vero Beach Outlets. The healthy food she brings home helps her family stretch their grocery budget and keep favorite foods on the table.
Kameron’s grandparents encouraged her to visit the Mobile Pantry after seeing what her family was going through.
“What they do here is amazing,” Kameron says of the food distribution.
For Kameron, the Mobile Pantry is one way she is taking care of her family and making sure her children have the healthy food they need to grow up strong.
