SNAP BENEFITS & NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS –
GOOD NUTRITION IS OUR MISSION
Our Benefits Outreach team reaches out to eligible neighbors who are not currently participating in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Medicaid, Florida KidCare, and TANF and shares information about the benefits of the program to help them make an informed participation decision. The program also includes nutrition education, health & wellness workshops, economic mobility presentations, senior programs, child nutrition programs, and more. It provides individuals and families with the tools they need to achieve independence, health, and financial stability and is available in English, Spanish, and Creole
