Our Neighbor Experience team offers free case management, assistance enrolling in SNAP, Medicaid, TANF (Cash Assistance), and FL KidCare. Throughout the year, we attend community events and conduct presentations focused on health and wellness, senior programs, child nutrition programs, and more.

Whole Child Connection

Whole Child Connection provides families with a connection to a complete network of community resources designed to improve access and promote utilization of services for Martin County children and their families through a seamless internet-based delivery system of care. Whole Child Connection advisors complete a family profile for every client, assessing the whole family’s varied needs. Advisors also assist families with applying for public benefits, including Medicaid, Florida KidCare, SNAP, and cash assistance.
