This meaningful community event raises awareness and funds to help fight hunger on the Treasure Coast. \nThe event features one-of-a-kind ceramic bowls handcrafted by local students\, showcasing their creativity and compassion. With the purchase of a bowl\, guests will receive a complimentary serving of soup from a local restaurant (while supplies last). \nEvery bowl purchased helps support our mission to ensure neighbors of all ages have access to nutritious food. \nYour participation helps turn empty bowls into full plates for neighbors across our community.

DESCRIPTION:September is Hunger Action Month™ – HAM. \nHunger Action Month is a multi-faceted effort to mobilize the public to end hunger in our community. For many\, a daily meal is a simple choice of what to eat. But for people facing hunger\, a daily meal poses a very different type of choice. It’s often an impossible choice between food and other crucial needs\, such as electricity\, childcare\, or medicine. \nOn the Treasure Coast ― 1 in 4 people face hunger. Joining the nationwide movement to end hunger helps ensure everyone\, no matter their race\, background or ZIP code\, has access to the food and resources needed to thrive. \nJoin us\, this September is Hunger Action Month\, an annual nationwide awareness campaign designed to inspire everybody to take action in the movement to end hunger. \nIn the coming months\, we will begin sharing more information about events and ways to get involved.
