The Give A Meal proposition is simple:

For every $1 donated to Give A Meal, the Bank of America Charitable Foundation will give $2 more to help Feeding America and its network of food banks provide meals to individuals and families who are food insecure.

Is there a maximum donation an individual can make?  A minimum donation?

There is a $5 minimum donation an individual can make online. There is no maximum donation an individual can make, however, only the first $1,000 of the donation made by an individual will be matched, no matter how many times or forms of payment he/she may use. The Bank of America Charitable Foundation will match up to a total of $1.5 million for donations to Give A Meal.

Food banks get 100% of the donations designated to their local food bank based on the donor’s credit card and zip code.
