Treasure Coast Food Bank Food for Thought Learning Series events are interactive, fun, and free to community members, professionals, volunteers, supporters, partners, and anyone who wants an inside look at the work Treasure Coast Food Bank is doing every day to alleviate hunger and food insecurity.
Sessions will be held at multiple locations throughout our service areas and each month will feature a different topic and a tour. Topics may include: nutrition education, health and wellness, children's programs, emergency preparedness, job training, and much more!
Upcoming Sessions:
May - Older Americans Month: Older Americans Month serves as a celebration and recognition of the invaluable contributions made by the older citizens of our nation. Join us on May 3rd as we dive in to TCFB's many senior-focused programs and services that serve thousands of people in our community. Also included will be engaging presentations from St. Lucie Council on Aging and Senior Mobile Pantry partner, Gifford Youth Achievement Center.
June - Disaster Preparedness: As we gear up for hurricane season, hear directly from our emergency response team about the services TCFB is ready to deploy in the event of a storm, tornado or manmade disaster.
